Universal Contractors, Inc. Offshore has over 1,000 feet of active waterfront. We offer staging, wet barge storage, loading and unloading. Our facility is
conveniently accessible via water or land, with no draw-bridge . We have a new 250-feet bulkhead with entry by a tractor-trailer and turn-around area.
We also are able to provide you with boat slips up to 50-feet for crew boats, etc. There is a pusher available to assist with wet barge storage and a crane on-site
at all times. There are pumps, welders, and electric available for your convenience. Rent only the space and amenities that you will need. Area is gated and
secured at all times.

Universal Contractors, INC Offshore is able to supply roll-offs, twenty and thirty yard cans for your barges. We are able to assist with the loading, unloading,
and hauling of dumpsters. We also are able to assist with certain aggregates by request. A 50-ton lowboy will be available for hauling or moving equipment and
flat beds for rebar, etc. There is a new 32 x 80 foot boat ramp for launching or removal – NO task is too small!

Universal Contractors operates a licensed concrete recycling facility at our Elkridge plant. We manufacture various stone recycle products. We also stockpile various materials including but not limited to, sand, gravel, stone, select fill, common borrow, topsoil and mulch products.
- Roll off services
Universal is capable of providing roll-off services with roll-off trucks and over 70 containers of various sizes for type debris. Our inventory of containers includes specially fabricated stone box cans.
- Waterfront facility
Universal Contractors developed and opened a Marine facility on Curtis Creek with easy access to I-695. The facility has over 1,750 feet of waterfront, 500 feet of new bulkhead, 200 feet bridge access for docking, boat ramp, floating piers capable of handling boats up to 50 feet, and a large covered area for storage. We own the riparian rights for 5 acres of water for vessel storage. We have a new mooring buoy capable of securing up to and including 150-foot barges.
